GDB server stuck, eval board MTRCKTSPS5744P

Built project for eval board, MTRCKTSPS5744P, from inbuilt examples as per link in Getting Started with MTRCKTSPS5744P | NXP .

However during download process, the debug process stuck at 98%, ERROR seems to be at CRC mismatch.

Looking at the debug code (pasted below), it seems to be a CRC check fail. Eval code has not been modified from project example.

Done.
Programming sequency is : erase, blank check, program, and verify {default}

Verifying object file CRC-16 to device ranges ...
block 00FA0000-00FA0007 ...
Ok.
block 01000000-01000291 ...
Calculated CRC-16 does not match block. (File = $06CF, Device = $79D8)
Current content of flash does not match application to be programmed
