SCI: What IO_SERIAL_RAW_IO flag is?

I know that the question is very easy, but I didn't see the difference in the MQX code

As written in MQX IO manual  - No processing of I/O done. But you are right, there is no need to set this flag (and no also effect on driver fuctionality), because this is default mode for serial driver.
