Is there any library or guideline available to implement CPU register test and program counter test (60730-1 class B) for MPC5602D ?
(I only need to implement these 2 tests items, not the full standard selftest set)

Hi, my request is related to safety : this CPU self tests are for safety and the UL60730-1 standard also.
Unfortunately, there are no guidelines available on implementation of core tests.
