Hi,

I'm new with Freescale Chips in development. Where can I find Pin-Out tables for MPC5748G 176Pin LQFP? There are none at the Freescale download-area...

Thank you in advance

Michael

Hi,

It is understood, that the signal description "is attached in Reference manual".

Nevertheless, I did not find any place to download this Excel file. Is it only available under an NDA?

Greetings, Peter

The attachment to the rev.5 reference manual document (IO_Signal_Description_and_Input_Multiplexing_Tables.xlsx) has errors in the pin names for both the 176LQFP and the BGA256 packages.  The rev.4 reference manual does not have these errors.  The bad names for 5 of the pins are all "#REF!", which is an Excel error for a bad cell reference.

Hello, so I have been searching intrawebs for rev. 4 and I can't seem to find this anywhere. Is there anyway you could share this, it would be greatly appreciated?
