MPC5746C Flash array integrity test

Hello,

I am working of MPC5746C controller.

I have a safety requirement to run Flash array integrity test.

I am able to run the test but how can i calculate the signature of the code flash blocks so that I can compare with the output of the array integrity test.

Hi Rajesh,

there's offline MISR calculator included in SSD flash drivers:

https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=C55_NVM_SSD

Install the package and then see:

c:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\Standard Software Driver v1.1.0\MPC57xx\Tool\MISR_gen\

There's readme file which explains how to use the tool.
