How to enable include path in Project Explorer?

I imported LPCXpresso project to MCUXpresso IDE. 

In Project Explorer, under project name, there is Includes folder.

There are number of include paths that are disabled.  For example, following include path is disabled:

PROJ_XYZ / board_xyz / inc

I created "PROJ_XYZ / board_xyz / inc" in windows file explorer in my workspace and stored header file in this path.  But this path is still disabled in Project Explorer ?

I removed disabled include paths from project properties.  Then, they disappeared from Project Explorer.  I, then re-created include paths in project properties.

I'm not sure if I can follow what you say.

Can you post a screenshot or provide an example?
