Is there a tool to help generate Device Configuration Data for the iMXRT series?

The DCD block is used with execute in place flash and the hard-coded boot loader.

I've been exploring changing the ahb system clock from it's default of 500 MHz to 396 MHz for the industrial temperature version of the MIMXRT1021. I may also need to change the configuration at boot time. Is there an output option from the CLKS tool to generate DCD data? (I've looked but couldn't find it).

DCD support is coming in the next release of the MCUXpresso Config Tools.  It should be available sometime in early June 2019.
