LS1012A DRAM recommendation.

I will make a custom board based on LS1012A FRWY.

but when I checked the BOM, the DRAM was discontinued.

do you have any recommended DRAM list for that?

or could you recommend which DRAM is suitable for LS1012A

Hi @Woon,

There is no such recommended DRAM list from the NXP. You can select a DRAM based on the specification of the MMDC of LS1012A or you can simply ask the DRAM vendor for the replacement of the discontinued one.
