Debugging with source codes

I was fixed a problem in http://knowledgebase.nxp.trimm.net/showthread.php?t=1589.

So I checked the feature of the board.
And I found a problem in it.

I have two LPCXpresso LPC1768 boards.

I can't see any source codes with a board in debugging.
But I can see source codes with the other board with the same project.

How do I reset the board to initial statement.

Program is not running. (Secondary boot loader broken?)

P.S. I executed bootLPCXpresso.cmd to the board. What's this?
