is USB1 VBUS connection required on LPC55S69 ?

is USB1 VBUS connection required on LPC55S69? 
can the vbus detected by something else like pd-controller, and usb1 can be turned on by software/pin toggle?

hi pavel,

maybe i wasn't clear with my question. we still want to use usb1 interface.

the problem is it is an usb-pd input so the VBUS is between 5V-20V. we do have pd controller can pull an interrupt when the vbus is connected.

so the question is can we enable the USB1 phy internally without a need for external VBUS.
this is possible with USB0 phy because 3.3V is expected and can be turned on internally.
