Req: ibis model for micro controller LPC4367JBD208E

HI,

In my new design i am interfacing LPC4367JBD208E microcontroler with SDRAM and Flash. I need ibis model for micro controller LPC4367JBD208E to check the routing and impedance matching (for 100Mhz communication rate).

Problem still persist. I am able to import the file in hyperlyx version 8. But there the part is showing only INPUT. So i am not able to drive my signal.

It is the same file for all flash based devices of LPC43xx, you can find it on this site (scroll down):

So you downloaded the file from our website and in which tool do you try to import it?

Do you have any error messages from this tool?

I tried to import that file in hyperlynx tool for impedance matching. But not able to import the ibis model of the downloaded part.

The file passes at least the standard syntax checks for an IBIS file v4.2.

Do you have any error message from the tool which could help to analyze what#s wrong with it?

Can you please give it a try after applying changes in the IBIS file.

- remove the 2 tabs

- replace empty line by a line starting with a  |

- insert a line starting with a  | between [Component] and [Manuafcturer]

still the problem persist.

Hi Manish,

try it with another modification:  add a space between [Command] and lpc18xxFBD208

The data for the Hitex Rev A4 board is attached.
