Hello,

We are using LPC55S6x for our design. We are using analog input signals which are dropped down to 2.5V max. We have connected VREFP to 2.5V and we wanted to understand voltage level allowable for VDDA pin.V

As per datasheet, it is mentioned VDDA range from 1.8V to 3.6V and VREFP range from 0.985V to VDDA

However as per AN13033, VDDA is range of 3.0V to 3.6V and VREFP is same as datasheet. Refer snapshot

We have following queries, can we connect VREFP and VDDA to same voltage level as 2.5V or do we have to connect VDDA to 3.3V and VREFP to 2.5V (as per required)

Kindly do revert on same at the earliest.

VDDA Analog supply voltage for ADC is 1.8 - 3.6 V

Vrefp ADC positive reference voltage is 0.985 - VDDA V
