IAP sector0 issue on LPC54608

Customer met sector0 program issue, and return “10221”， though it can be erased correctly. Other sectors also can be erased & programmed properly. Confirmed interrupt vectors reside is correct. Need to check the difference between sector0 and other sectors.

This is probably caused by customer didn't add checksum value(VECTOR position and ROM API will check this checksum value and if the checksum wrong, it will return an error code.
