Hello,
I have question about LPC11U24 on-chip EEPROM endurance. Value of parameter is per byte, or per 64B page?
When I wrote one byte to adress 0x0000, I shorted life for next 63 bytes in page, or not?
Thank You
Vaclav

Hi,
When a single byte is programmed, the energy from the charge pump is concentrated on that one byte. If a page write is used, that energy is dissipated over more bytes, so cell wear is decreased.
Have a great day,
Sol
