No .wsd file generated by KSDK Project Generator for FRDMK82F board

I was trying to generate project for my frdmk82f board using the KSDK Project Generator (Basic). I've selected the SDK location, Selected my board and then clicked Generate. It Generates the folder but under kds folder there is no myProject.wsd file generated which I can import to Kinetis Design Studio. Please Help.

I have the same problem. I use KSDK Project Generator 2.2 and doesn't generate the .wsd

Hi,
Actually .wsd file is not needed to import KDS project.

Just use File - Import - General - Existing Project into Workspace and select "kds" directory inside new project directory structure.

".wsd" file was useful for SDK 1.3, where several projects was needed to import (e.g. library project and example project). For SDK 2.x library project is not needed anymore.

yes, you are absolutely right.

I can confirm the same behavior on my side.

For KDS the .wsd file was not generated.

I already reported to Project Generator team. PGKSDK-343
