I have a question about KEA128. According to Reference manual, FLL frequency must be in the range 31.25 kHz to 39.0625 kHz in some modes, and the minimal frequency of flash is 1M. Would flash work properly via FLL in low frequency?

I'm a novice about KEA128. I think the reason is  FLL locks the frequency to 1280 times the internal or external reference
frequency. Thanks for your attention.
