I am confused by manual. In example a system frequency of 100 MHz is used. But implementing example gives only half the baud rate. I think the actual clock source is bus clock which is 50 MHz which would explain this. Can anyone confirm this?

K60 reference manual 3.4, Table 49-113.

Absolutely!  The manual is misleading, presenting 100MHz data, given the 50MHz bus clock source.  DBR must be set to net a full 25MHz.
