Dear Apurv,
There is the possibility that your board might be bricked, this happens when an old OpenSDA it’s not supported by your current OS version.
There are a couple of things you could try to unbrick your board:
You could try updating the OpenSDA Bootloader of your board using a windows 7 device, if you do not have access to one you may also try using an external debugger or as a last resource you may try another board to solve the problem.
