Hi,

are many years that the use of micro freescale and in particular, the K22, K60 and K70.

Now my needs have grown, and would have the need to use a FLASH bigger.

The current micro stop to 1Mb.

Whereas it was studying a new core M7, the latter will be used for a new family Kinetis?

It will come out with a larger capacity (2Mb)?

Thank You

Maurizio Felicioni

Hi Maurizio,

The answer is yes. But you need contact with local marketing/sales people as the information is under NDA.

Best Regards,

Luis

dear luis,

to thank you for the answer.

I contacted my local marketing/sales, but still no answer.

Could you be kind enough to tell me what models of Kinetis are there?

Maurizio

Hi

I have seen that the 240MHz KV5x Cortex-M7 parts have been added to the product page (pre-production):

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=KV5x

Since Atmel (SAMx7) and ST-Micro (STM32F7xx) are now being launched and are included as parts in IAR's latest workbench things must be hotting up!!!!

Regards

Mark
