MY FRDM-K64F doesn't work

it is the first time i use this board. After being connected with computer by USB, the RGB LED keeps flickering and the teraterm can't show any character string even after modify the configration.

And after build a project in KDS, I can't debug. It always shows an error as follow:

An internal error occurred during: "Launching LED_Debug_OpenOCD".

ilg.gnuarmeclipse.debug.gdbjtag.dsf.GnuArmServicesFactory.<init>(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;)V

could someone help me? I'm new to this development board

Please, see this post​ if you don´t have issue with the GNU ARM Eclipse plugin.

For this case is needed to replace original files. It is known issue, for this moment it is a workaround.
