MKL25Z128 Internal USB 3.3V regulator limitations

Can I use the MKL25Z1128 USB 3.3V regulator to power the MCU, if I don't surpass Iout = 120mA?

Yes, you can use KL25 USB regulator 3.3V output to power the KL25 chip, please refer the application below:
