Hello ,
I recommend you firstly finding out the reason is software or hardware, so please do like this :
1) create a simple project ,then test it , if it can work well , the problem is your software.
2) it the simple project still make the board reboot , it maybe your board design reason , please check the circuit , maybe the watchdog , maybe some disturb made the mcu reset.
This need analysis your board circuit seriously .
Best Regards,
Alice

Hi Alice,
thanks for the Reply.
the problem is associated with our designed board, Not with demo board.
One more thing i want bring in to your notice that i have couple of MK70FN1M0 boards. Some boards are working without any issues i.e. without any reboot issues.
in some of the boards i am facing this rebooting issue.
even i am thinking the problem is with hardware or software, difficult to figure out!!!
at outer level i think some event is causing reset again and again which is causing system to reboot again and again. first i need to figure out which is source of reset.

Hi, Marlinx,
The rebooting issue is difficult to track, software/hardware both can cause the issue, I am not sure I can solve it.
But i think you can check the RESET status register to know the cause of the rebooting. Pls check the RCM_SRS0 and RCM_SRS1 registers after the rebooting happens, or you can output the two register via Rs232 so that you can know the register when the chip is running.
Pls refer to section 13.2.2 System Reset Status Register 1 (RCM_SRS1) in reference manual of K70 for the bit mapping in the register.
hope it can give a clue.

Hello ,
Does your board made by yourself , or is the demo board of freesacle TWR-K70 ?
If it is the TWR-K70 of freescale , please update the firmware .
If it is not , there will be some hardware engineer give your some suggestion.
Best Regards,
Alice
