I need some pointers to find startup information.

I have picked the KE04Z8VWJ4.

I have only programmed microchip MCU's before.

Where do I start?

I need to know the IDE.

I need a programmer.

Where do I find the datasheet about the language (assembly). I've looked everywhere.

I am on a deadline to get a project done.  Please help.

As you can see, you could use different IDE, such as CW, KDS, etc. For the programmer, the one compatible with the KE04Z is the CycloneMax for P&E, is also listed in the link above.

I've attached the Reference Manual, which describes all the features, architecture and programming model of the KE04Z.
