How can I enable ETM and hence ETB too using openocd on Kf64f? I have the latest version of openocd 10.0.

Hi Seema,
FRDM-K64F has onboard openSDA. You needn't use openocd. If you use MCUxpresso for example, press Ctrl+3, then type trace, select “instruction trace”. The instruction trace window will appear.
