Advice to have quickly a K60 with Ethernet Udp/Tcp and Flash driver

Hello,

We need to develop a bootloader for the K60 via the Ethernet (with BootP protocol).

Currently, I'm using the USB bootloader provided by Freescale.

Then, Are they a fast option to dispose (without need MQX) an application with the layer Ethernet to receive and send UDP/TCP frame, and then a Nandflash driver?

I think there are KDSK, with MCUexpresso? Or other? Are they some exempled? (I already use the MQX Ethernet stack with KDS, but not flash driver).

Maybe you would like to have a look at  FNET Embedded TCP/IP Stack , which provides Ethernet bootloader for K6x chip.
