I want to configure KL15Z128 in RUN Mode running at full clock speed. Where would I find the example?

You can refer the power_manager example in MCUXpresso SDK MKL15Z128xxx4.(...\MKL15Z128xxx4\boards\frdmkl25z\demo_apps\power_manager)
BOARD_BootClockRUN will configure KL15Z128 in RUN Mode running at full clock speed by default.
