I am using the S9KEAZN64AMLC microcontroller. I put the device into STOP mode using wfi() instructions. In stop mode, MCU consumes 130uA with a supply voltage of 5V.
In the datasheet, it is mentioned that the stop current is 2uA.
How I will get 2uA current?
Hi Sourdev,
Do you use the NXP development board to test, or test the circuit board designed by yourself?
If you are using FRDM-KEAZN32 board, since the convenience of low-power testing is not considered, I am afraid you have to remove several external resistors to get the correct current consumption. You can refer to the discussion in how to achieve the KEA128 lowest static current in STOP mode
If you use circuit board designed by yourself, then please check the external circuit to avoid those case:
Best Regards,
Robin
