unable to set breakpoints after update

It seems that since I have installed the latest updates (a couple days ago), I have not been able to set breakpoints in the Windows GUI. When I click on the bar as normal to set a breakpoint, I get this icon.

I am able to right click on the line a perform a "Run to this line." But that's about it.

Any hints as to what I'm doing wrong?

Hi David,

I think you have 'Skip all breakpoints' enbled:

Right on!

I wasn't even aware of such an option. I've always just deleted all breakpoints when I needed that. (Then reset them again!)

I had the same problem and all IDEs i have worked with before did not had such an option.
