When I install version 3.2.6.3 of FreeMaster, I cannot recognize ZLG's CANFD device. Do I need to install a driver? How to install the driver on my Windows 10 computer?

Hello,

there is a new type of ZLG devices which are controlled using ZCANPRO ZCAN library.

See screenshot:

The DLL for ZLG has been loaded, but the "CAN Driver" column still displays "ZLG (Driver not loaded)"。And how to solve it?

You need to select "ZLG-ZCAN API" in the FreeMASTER (see my screenshot in previous post). And you also need to have ZLG ZCANPRO software installed on your computer.

There is no "ZLG-ZCAN API" in the options, only "ZLG (Driver not loaded)", and I confirm that the CANFD driver has been installed

It could happen that the 3.2.6 installation has failed to register its new plug-ins and you still access the old ones.

First, go to Help/About menu and check if your version is indeed 3.2.6.3.

If yes, then run the Windows Explorer and find the "c:\NXP\FreeMASTER 3.2\FreeMASTER\register.bat". Run this "as administrator". Then re-start the FreeMASTER app.
