KEAZ128 board external clock not enabling

Dear Sir,

I am using KEAZ128 board. When i program the board normally with internal clock, the code works properly. Afterthat i enable 8MHz external clock inside the code and program the board then what i found is, my external clock not enabling in code. Please provide some suggestion. Please find the attachment for connection diagram for crystal OSC.

Do you mean the external 8MHz crystal doesn't work?

Could you check the FRDM-KEAZ board schematics about external 8MHz crystal circuit?
