streamb.h default has syntax issues?

Hello, I am runing MCU v10.6 offline eclipse edition. I have started a C++ -> RS08 project however when I go to build / run it, one of the files "streamb.h" appears with around 40 syntax errors. I have not touched this file, so my question would have to be is there an update that fixes this or is there a setting that is either enable or disable that shouldn't be? Or prehaps is there a fix existing that is simply buried?

edit : Also, the most common syntax issue is CS801 ";" missing even though there exist where they should.
