Windows or Linux host? Which version (10.2 or 10.3)?
Have you just installed a service pack or an update? I have seen such a thing if I do a 'restart' of Eclipse instead of closing it and then start a fresh one.
Not sure, but it could be related to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH (or similar). Could you check/post the content of your cwide-env file (located in the eclipse folder) and check if all the paths exist on your system?
