Hello
Do you have CodeWarrior project for the ELF file? If yes, just open the project and click on the ‘debug’ icon to program the target. If you only have ELF file without project, please refer to the section ‘Debugger for 56800E-> Loading .elf File without Project’ in 56800E Targeting Manual:
C:\program files\Freescale\CodeWarrior for DSC56800E v8.3\Help\PDF\Targeting_56800E_cd.pdf
