On my computer, WinDriver is installed in:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\windrvr6.sys
What's OS on your system? CodeWarrior for MPC5xx V8.7 is not working on Win 7. It is a 32-bit application. Please view the note on its webpage:
CodeWarrior Development Tools for MPC5xx |NXP
It's not possible to install it under Win 7.
The installer stops when windrvr6.inf is installed.
For this installer is not possible to un-select this driver for the installation. We recommend using Windows 2000, Windows XP/Vista (32-bit). These are the official OS supported.
