Fill unused flash memory on MPC5604B

Hello,

I'm using Codewarrior 10.6 for MCU, and I want to know if it is possible to force codewarrior to fill the unused flash memory with a defined value, because actually the unused flash memory is fill with 0xFF and I need to change it.

Have you an example?

Hi,

look at the app note in the attachment. In section 5, there is the description, how to fill unused flash memory with predefined pattern.
