Code Warrior for QG8

Hi everyone,
Can anyone suggest what is the correct compiler that I need to program the QG8?
Currently I have downloaded the

Special Edition: CodeWarrior for Microcontrollers 
Code Size Restriction:
HC(S)08/RS08 - 32K
ColdFire V1 - 64K

Would be very much appreciated if someone can put me on the right track.

Hi Learner,

Yes, Codewarrior for Microcontrollers Version 6.1 contains Freescales latest and greatest compiler for this device.
