       I am using mc9s08lc60 controller for my project,how to dump progamme hexa

code to this controller.

I don't know what tools you're using, but if you're using CodeWarrior it has a built-in mechanism to download code to the Flash just before performing a debug run. Check the Quick Start guides that came with your software. There are also some stand-alone flash programmers available from the P&E Microsystems web site, located here.
