I was personalizing my "Debug" perspective and suddenly, I don'tt know wht went wrong that this was the result:
The "Add Global Variables" button was disabled ! I was able to see the last variables I had added prior to the changes I made, and also I was able to remove them, but not adding more !! 
Please Help Me.
Well, I have figured it out, it seems is a bug, not a bad configuration.
It happens when going from tree to breadcrumb in Debug view:
In Tree Mode everything;s alright:
Now going to breadcrumb mode:
AHA! The buttons asre disabled !
I'm kind of a noob here and haven't found much use for the Debug view tree (or breadcrumb) data, just the buttons. And don't think this is a feature, I think this is a bug.

Any experienced one could tell me about the debug view data contents? it seems irrelevant to me right now.
Anyway, here's the solution if anyone else has this problem, took me HOURS of testng in other machines until by accident I discovered the bug.

In fact this is a lot worse:
1. Disabled Reset button in Debug view
2. No Memory displayed
3. Value of previous added variables incorrect
Tried with other proyects and problem persists, so it sa workspace setting wrong or something.
