Program/Flash script for MC9S08JM

I am currently using "True-time Simulator & Real-time Debugger" and PEMicro's USB Multilink to program my MC9S08JM. The problem is that the user interface has a few buttons to be clicked.. and this is troublesome.

Is there a way which I can use some scripts to automate the flashing? i.e just enter a command at the command-line and the rest is automated?

Hello,

P&E sell a command line programmer for MC9S08 devices.  The program cproghcs08 is part of their HCS08 software package.

The True-time Simulator and Real-time Debbugger program can be run stand-alone, without use of the CW IDE, but I am not sure whether this will solve your problem.
