usbtap driver

it can't automatic load the usbtap drive in windows10 OS(x64) when i plug in the usbtap. the codewarrior version is as follow pic:

i also try to manual load the drive which searching the whole Freescale folder, but still can't find the right driver.

does someone has the same problem?

what should i do?

CodeWarrior for MCU v10.6.4 is not verified under support Windows 10. It only supports:

Microsoft® Windows XP 32-bit and 64-bit (Professional Edition)

Microsoft Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit (Home Premium Edition and Professional Edition)

Microsoft Windows 8 32-bit and 64-bit (Home Premium Edition and Professional Edition)
