so solve this problem, please
1. make sure you have windows admin right of the computer. it's important.
2. go to windows device manager, check if there is any USBTAP or other board related device connected. if yes, remove the related hardware connection and driver
3. s12zvm doesn't use USB tap driver. if you can't install it. you can still use s12zvm with codewarrior. seperate driver can be downloaded from P&E web site:
