Sector Protection Error

My board is P2040NXN7MMC , Code Warrior 10.5, use flash programmer download bootrom in NOR Flash(S29GL01GP). this is a error happened.

Error is :

Error: Erase failed . Flash driver reports the following error(s): Sector Protection Error.

I don.t know why ? I build SRAM Project.

There is someone can help me ? Please
