Installing codewarrior development studio MPC5xx edition

We have purchased a floating license for Codewarrior Development Studio and currently trying to install the MPC5xx Edition, Version 8.7 in which we are getting an error even after downloading the application from the official site. The error mentions ,
"

The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify it's integrity and try again.

"
If anybody has faced a similar error, give the way out. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Lukas,

There was a bit of misunderstanding after clearing which we led to a conclusion that the "Codewarrior for Microcontrollers (Eclipse IDE) v11.1" is the perfect fit based on our requirements. Thank you for your support.

Hi Khushi,

which version of Windows do you use? Please notice that CodeWarrior 8.7 is old one and it's supported up to Windows XP only. If you have newer version, it won't work. There are no plans to provide update for this CW because MPC5xx are not recommended for new designs.
