How to Fix This Issue default_isr entered on vector 3 in Codewarrior ,Why ?

HI,

    i'm using CW 10.6/ CW 11.0,

    sprintf use for Float point , sprintf function use that time jump to default_isr entered on vector 3 in Codewarrior.

How to fix this problem.

Kindly anyone give me solution.
