Hi Yiping,
I dont know which RCW is loaded on to the board, as I was using what came with the board itself. So I tried with all the config files i.e, 0x10, 0xe, 0x16, 0xe_offline. For all them it gives same error as above "Invocation of port failed, failed to load configuration".
As I was not able to figure out the RCW I am using, after your reply,I loaded rcw_13g_1500mhz_rev3.bin which is Serdes 0x10 and edited the script file SOURCE_THIS to use config for 0x10. Then also it was giving same error.
