Basically I have a USB dongle license and I messed up when tryng to registar and activate Codewarrior. Now Codewarrior keeps giving me invalid license error messages.
The support folks have been good in asking and offering the correct advice on how to fix the issue. But they are asking questions and taking 24hrs to acknowledge my responses when we could have the issue resolved in a 10-15 minute phone call.
I like the idea behind thier support request system but there has to be a way to escalate the issue so I can get a live person on the phone. Does anyone know how to do this? I have been dead in the water for 5 days now.
