RT1166 PWM Synchronization

When I configure PWM_A and PWM_B of the same submodule, the edges of PWM_A1 and PWMA_2 are aligned, and so are the edges of PWM_B1 and PWM_B2. However, PWM_A is not aligned with PWM_B. Is there a way to align the outputs of all four channels?
