MIMXRT1064-EVK sensor device initialize failed

Hi 

There are two problems I have:

1.When I connect the board, The board cannot be found in "Board and Device selection page" of MCUExpresso IDE.

2.The console shows : "Sensor device initialize failed!" and "Please check the sensor chip U32".

 How to fix this problem?

Before sharing some advice, I was wondering if you can describe the testing environment, such as board, demo, IDE, etc.
