Debug Error on OCRAM

Hello,

I am using i.MX RT1176 and MCU xPRESSO IDE.I am running the code in OCRAM. This structure works with the bootloader. But I have problems when I want to debug the app code without the bootloader.

How can i fix this?

Memory settings:

In the ResetHandler(), I encounter this problem after entering the while loop written for the copying process from flash to SRAM.

Sorry for my misunderstanding but I cannot see the issue in this image, can you provide me more information about this issue?

Also, the SDK (version 24.12) provides an example called "flexram_ram_allocate_cm7" where is used an OCRAM.
