Regarding your question, Yes, you can use the MCUXpresso IDE for the i.MX RT700.

Official support for the MIMXRT700 was added in MCUXpresso IDE 24.12(released in January 2025).

To make sure you have full device support , we suggest you updating to the latest version of MCUXpresso IDE.
